Privacy Policy

RELAYOTA ("we", "us") operates the website at https://relayota.com and provides an open-source, self-hosted over-the-air update platform for React Native applications.

We collect data in two contexts:

Marketing site & cost calculator. When you complete the OTA cost calculator and submit your details, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job role, survey answers, and estimated cost figures you provide. We also record your IP address for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Waitlist. If you sign up to be notified at launch, we collect your email address only.

Dashboard accounts. If you create an account, we collect your email address, hashed password, and any profile information you provide. We also collect usage data (API calls, release activity) to operate the service.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised page view data (URL, referrer, device type). No cookies are set. No personal data is collected.

We use collected data to:

• Deliver the service you requested (cost calculator results, dashboard access)
• Send transactional emails (email verification, password reset, launch notification)
• Follow up about RELAYOTA if you submitted the cost calculator form
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. If you consented to marketing data sharing during the cost calculator, your contact details may be shared with relevant B2B technology partners. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing contact@aglaonematech.com.

Where GDPR applies, we process data on the following bases:

• Consent — cost calculator submission, marketing data sharing
• Contract — operating a dashboard account you create
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, service security, analytics

Cost calculator leads are retained indefinitely for sales pipeline purposes. You may request deletion at any time. Waitlist emails are deleted within 30 days of launch or on request. Dashboard account data is retained until you delete your account.

We use the following sub-processors:

• Neon — database hosting (US)
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• Cloudflare R2 — bundle file storage
• Upstash — caching
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each sub-processor is bound by their own data processing agreements.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@aglaonematech.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The dashboard uses a single session cookie required for authentication. Vercel Analytics uses no cookies.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Database access is restricted to application services only.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
